Withdrawal, return or exchange of goods

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and the purchase agreement made on Manich.dk within 14 days of when you, or a third party designated by you, receive your purchase. The 14 days start from the day you receive the goods.

If you have received several different items ordered in one order but delivered in several parcels, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the last item comes into your physical possession.

If you wish to return or exchange an item and exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill in the enclosed return form and send it to us at manichjewelry@waoomail.dk before the withdrawal period expires. You can always contact us if you would like the return form sent to you by email.

Your item must also be sent back by post within 14 days of receiving it.

The item can be returned or exchanged by sending it, together with a copy of the invoice, to us at the address below. Any costs associated with the shipment are your responsibility. You bear the risk for the item from the time of our delivery until we have received it back. We recommend sending the item as an insured (value) shipment.

Once we have received the item in unused condition (see guidelines below), we will refund the amount to you. Refunds are made exclusively to the payment card used for the purchase, and if you would like a different item, you can then buy it in the webshop.

If you wish to return or exchange the item in our showroom at Brorsonsvej 30, please bring the item and the invoice you received by email. Please note that for returns made in our showroom, the refund will be made via the webshop. Unfortunately, cash refunds are not possible in our physical store. Payment for the item will be refunded as soon as possible and, under normal circumstances, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item(s) back for inspection.

Guidelines for the condition of the item

For returns and exchanges, the item must be returned in the same condition, quantity and packaging as received. You must return the items by post or hand them in at the showroom at Brorsonsvej 30, 9310 Vodskov, Denmark, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.

All items bought on manich.dk are sealed, and for exchanges and returns the seal must be unbroken. Please note that the piece can be tried on with the seal intact, but not worn.

As the packaging (boxes for jewellery, watches, etc.) matters when the item is resold, it will constitute a reduction in value if the packaging is damaged or not returned. You bear the risk that the item is properly packed and that the seal remains intact during the return shipment.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. We therefore expect to receive the item back in good, undamaged condition.

If the item shows signs of use or damage, we estimate any value based on a specific assessment of the item, using the following indicative guidelines for reduction in value:

* No signs of use, the item is in its original packaging and the seal is unbroken: 0% deducted
* Minor signs of use and/or missing/damaged original packaging, and the seal is broken: 25% deducted
* Visible signs of use and/or missing/damaged original packaging, and the seal is broken: 50% deducted
* Visible damage to the item, such as scratches or stains that cannot be removed, and the seal is broken: up to 100% deducted

Refunds

Refunds for the item will be made as soon as possible and, under normal circumstances, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item(s) back for inspection. It is up to Manich Jewelry to assess the condition of the item.

Refunds are made exclusively to the payment card used for the order. For prepayment by bank transfer, the refund is made to the bank account stated on the return slip. Your claim for a refund does not include any fees for the use of credit cards or other means of payment that we have paid to the acquirer.
